We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns:
1)You may return most new, unused items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2)To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You should receive the refund within a certain amount of days.

Exchange:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the exact item you want will be available.

রিটার্ন:

রিটার্নটি যদি আমাদের ত্রুটির ফলে হয় (আপনি একটি ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আইটেম পেয়েছেন, ইত্যাদি) তাহলে আমরা ফেরত পাঠানোর খরচও পরিশোধ করব।
2) একটি রিটার্ন শুরু করতে, আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর এবং ফেরতের কারণ সহ আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

ফেরত:
আমরা আপনার প্রডাক্ট ফেরত পাওয়ার পরে, আমরা এটি পরিদর্শন করব এবং আপনাকে অবহিত করব যে আমরা আপনার ফেরত আইটেম পেয়েছি। আইটেমটি পরিদর্শন করার পরে আমরা অবিলম্বে আপনাকে আপনার পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করে অবহিত করব।
আপনার রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে, আমরা আপনার অর্থপ্রদানের মূল পদ্ধতিতে একটি ফেরত শুরু করব।
